Darrell Padilla: One way that I drive contract innovation at my organization is just through education. As an educator by heart and by profession, I believe educating key stakeholders across my organization on the needs and the role of the contract within the healthcare supply chain.

It's critical that accurate data is there and being able to educate my organization facilitates that innovation to bring solutions to the market in the healthcare market and remove waste.

Adja Kaba: One of the ways that we're driving contract administration innovation at our organization is by utilizing new technologies. And one of the ways that we've done that is re-evaluating our chargeback process, especially in relation to price activation.

So we're looking at our process today with price activation and using new technologies to make sure that we bring more efficiency into the process and align with our partners.

Nancy Montemarano: BD is very focused on innovating in the contract administration area, primarily through process and technology. So we do have a roadmap that we've been focused on around our investments in technologies, things such as EDI and robotics and other types of automation like Power Automate.
