The Healthcare Supply Chain Collaborative’s seventh annual Contract Administration Conference brings together contract administration professionals from across the healthcare supply chain – distributors, manufacturers, GPOs, and providers – working together to improve processes, reduce costs, and achieve pricing accuracy. Participants gain ideas for improving their day-to-day methods and discover ways to collaborate with their trading partners to reduce pricing mistakes and rework. It’s important to get back to business – but even more important to do so safely. HIDA and the conference hotel are taking important steps to protect attendees during the conference.
Attendees at 2022 in-person HIDA meetings and events must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, following CDC guidelines. HIDA is partnering with CLEAR for vaccination verification services. Attendees are highly encouraged to wear masks indoors. Other conference safety protocols include:

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures at the hotel.
  • Outside venues for most food and beverage functions (hooray for meetings in south Florida!)
  • Safe food and beverage serving procedures.
  • No-contact greetings. Please replace handshakes, hugs etc. with a friendly verbal greeting or wave to maintain distancing.
  • Supplies including masks, sanitizer, wipes and rapid tests out and available.
  • Increased spacing between seats at meetings and social functions.
  • Relaxed cancellation policies so you feel comfortable staying home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
