Email a short description of your presentation idea/initiative to David Forbes, preferably with the names of the participating speakers, by June 28. Joint presentations, such as a distributor co-presenting with their supplier or customer, are also welcome and are well-received by attendees. If you have an idea for a submission but need more time to coordinate internally or with your trading partners, just notify HIDA by the June 28 deadline that the submission is in progress.

While no refunds will be available after January 25, a company may substitute a registrant at any time without penalty.
