Call For Presentations – Submissions Due June 28

Have you or your team implemented any initiative(s) in e-commerce, product information management, or digital marketing? If you’re interested in sharing your best practices at the 2020 E-Commerce & Digital Strategies Conference, please send your proposal to Stephanie Reed by Friday, June 28:

Topic areas may include:
  • Development of a new e-commerce website or strategic digital initiative
  • Social media marketing
  • Something you’ve done with a channel partner to collaborate and grow sales using digital
  • A process improvement you’ve made that relates to e-commerce or web marketing
  • Any process you’ve automated – for example, through artificial intelligence, blockchain, or other resources that remove manual processes
  • Small improvements are also worth sharing
How to Submit Your Proposal

Email a short description of your presentation idea/initiative to Stephanie Reed, preferably with the names of the participating speakers, by June 28. Joint presentations, such as a distributor co-presenting with their supplier or customer, are also welcome and are well-received by attendees. If you have an idea for a submission but need more time to coordinate internally or with your trading partners, just notify HIDA by the June 28 deadline that the submission is in progress.

Registration Policy

Space may be limited. Registration is first-come, first served. Registration forms sent without payment will not be processed. Any photos taken at this event are property of HIDA and can be published without permission in the HIDA materials.


Cancellation Policy

Participants must cancel in writing via mail, email or fax in order to request a refund, less a $35 processing fee. A full refund minus the processing fee will be available prior to January 8, 2020 and a 50% refund will be available between January 9 and January 24, 2020. While no refunds will be available after January 25, a company may substitute a registrant at any time without penalty.
