David Forbes served as the Director, Value Analysis, and Director, Contracting Services, for Mercy Health Services, an IDN based in Baltimore, Maryland, after spending time in both supply chain consulting and residential home building. David leverages this provider- and industry-based experience in his (now-former) role at HIDA, leading efforts in pricing accuracy, supply chain visibility, and e-commerce/digital strategy. He holds a BS in Business from Miami (OH) University and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
