The Executive Business Exchange (EBE) provides an excellent setting for pre-scheduled private meetings. These targeted meetings allow for more direct discussions around common business goals and strategies for business growth. Our appointment-setting software schedules meetings based on mutual interest. Each meeting is 20 minutes – brief but effective.

  • Distributors reserve a small meeting space to hold back-to-back appointments at the Distributor Executive Business Exchange
  • GPOs and IDNs reserve a small meeting space at the GPO & IDN Executive Business Exchange to hold a series of private appointments

Participation Eligibility:

  • All participants must be registered for the Streamlining Healthcare Expo and Business Exchange

EBE Tips

  • Bring the right people. The end goal is to find ways to build business together so bringing the right people will maximize your results. Be sure to not only bring senior leadership but also account staff who will manage the relationship going forward. 
  • Be prepared. Meetings are short (20 minutes) so do your homework in advance so that you can jump right into the meeting. 
  • Make your requests. We recommend you make 20 ranking requests. 
  • Be open. Matchings are based on mutual interest. Your schedule may include some companies you didn’t select in the ranking process. We ask you commit to those meetings because, on the flip side, we’re asking the same of your top selections. 
  • Show up. Don’t skip meetings, you will leave people in the room waiting for you for 20 minutes. 
  • Downtime. Breaks in your schedule are a good time to grab a cup of coffee or prepare for the next meeting.
