Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a credit card guarantee or a check deposit equal to the arrival night’s room rate plus 14% tax (subject to change). Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty per reservation. All name, date changes, and cancellations must be received by September 6, 2022. Cancellations should be completed online or submitted via email to the HIDA Hotel Reservation Office.

Payment Options: Credit cards will be charged by the hotel approximately 2-4 weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards may not be changed to a different card once the initial deposit has been charged.

Specifically, here are some enhanced cleanliness and wellbeing measures that you will see and experience:

Cleaning & Sanitation

We are conducting regular cleaning and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces and high-traffic guest and colleague areas such as elevators and elevator buttons, escalator handrails, and restrooms, as well as the surfaces and equipment in our gyms and spas. Cleaning and sanitization includes the use of hospital-grade disinfectants and enhanced cleaning protocols for guest rooms, including removing many high-touch items. To minimize contact, some locations may have adjusted housekeeping services.

Hand Hygiene

Good hand hygiene is one of the most important steps individuals can take to protect themselves. Reminders on hand-washing techniques are located throughout the hotel, with hand sanitizer stations or sanitizing wipes also prominently placed throughout.

Face Coverings

In accordance with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) updated face covering guidance based on COVID-19 community levels, face coverings are no longer required for guests and colleagues in U.S. hotels in a low or medium COVID-19 community level, regardless of vaccination status. However, guests and colleagues are encouraged to continue to wear face coverings. In high COVID-19 community level areas, face coverings are required and should continue to be worn indoors by all guests and colleagues, regardless of vaccination status. Americas hotels outside of the U.S. continue to follow local requirements. Guests are encouraged to contact their hotel directly to learn more about specific safety mandates and travel restrictions that may be in place at their hotel. Food & Beverage

Our teams have precautionary measures in place starting with food preparation to set-up and service, and have food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants, room service, and group meetings and events. To promote safety for our guests and colleagues, some locations may have adjusted room service and restaurant procedures.

International Standards

All Hyatt hotels around the world continue to follow procedures and protocols developed in consideration of guidance and information shared by various health organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local authorities and other leading experts and organizations like the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC).

These processes and procedures have been developed for Hyatt hotels in the Americas. Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented at each hotel may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the hotel is located.

  • Hotel check-in begins at 3:00pm CT and check-out is 11:00am CT.
  • Early check-in is based on availability. For checking in prior to 10:00am CT there is a $50 fee; and for checking in between 10:00am and 12:00pm CT the fee is $25.
  • For late check-outs, please inquire with the Front Desk on pricing and availability.
  • Utilize Mobile Key for safe, contactless arrival and departure, touchless guestroom key, and digital retrieval of your guestroom bill – features available via the World of Hyatt mobile app.

  • Guest Request Items can now be delivered directly to your guest room.
  • For dry cleaning, items will need to be submitted to the front desk by 8:00am CT and picked back up at the front desk.
