President & CEO
As President and CEO of HIDA since 2000, Matthew J. Rowan has positioned HIDA as the leading advocate for the medical products distribution industry before Congress and Federal agencies. He has been responsible for the development of new member services in areas such as research and market intelligence, data analytics and structured networking. 

Elizabeth Hilla
Senior Vice President
Elizabeth Hilla has 30 years' experience in the healthcare distribution industry and oversees HIDA's educational programs and communication services. As executive director of HIDA Educational Foundation (HEF), Elizabeth spearheads industry initiatives to advance the value of distribution and increase effectiveness within the healthcare supply channel. 

Linda Rouse O'Neill, MA
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Policy
Linda Rouse O’Neill brings more than 20 years of healthcare-based lobbying, Capitol Hill and member services experience to HIDA. She frequently speaks on current legislation affecting the healthcare distribution industry with areas of specialty including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement trends, medical device tax, traceability, emergency preparedness, unique device identification and competitive bidding. Linda leads HIDA member visits to Capitol Hill and meets with key federal agencies.

Balvinder Bains
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Balvinder Bains is the Health Industry Distributors Association’s (HIDA) Vice President for Finance and Operations. In her current role, she is responsible for oversight of Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Human Resources. Prior to coming to HIDA, Balvinder spent eight years as the Senior Director of Finance and Administration at an Audio Visual Association where she played a key role expanding operations internationally. Her past experience covers over 16 years working with Associations. She holds a Masters from George Mason in Accounting.
