On Thursday, May 21, 2020, FEMA will host a public meeting with interested stakeholders to plan the development of a voluntary agreement under Section 708 of the Defense Production Act. The voluntary agreement is intended to promote unity of effort among the federal government and major private sector manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of health and medical resources critical to respond to a pandemic.
