Twelve healthcare leaders met at the Streamlining Healthcare Expo and Business Exchange in Chicago for a feedback session led by Janis Dezso, VP, Sales and Marketing, Bovie, and Sheila Thornburg, VP Health & Nutrition Services, Ben E. Keith Company. The Vendor Relations ShareGroup reviewed a list of categories for the possible creation of a standardized industry scorecard. The discussion centered around customer experience, especially: transparency and harmonization of the scorecard. Feedback from this group will go to the Channel Partners Council for their consideration.
