HISCI Membership Benefits

In 2018, HISCI became a program within the Health Industry Distributors Association. This new relationship has expanded membership benefits for HISCI companies.

Networking

HISCI’s new affiliation with HIDA expands members’ opportunities to connect with GPOs, distributors, and manufacturers. HISCI members receive discounts at both HIDA and HISCI events through the year:

Channel Strategies Conferences –These events focus on specific market segments, with insights from providers, experts, and industry leaders on changing customer needs, distribution and contracting trends, and partnership strategies.

Healthcare Supply Chain Collaborative – Three co-located working conferences focused on improving supply chain efficiency through best practices.

Contract Administration Conference (April 17-18, Orlando) – Focused on improving pricing accuracy and reducing rework in managing contracts, chargebacks, GPO membership information, and more. Beneficial for contract administration and pricing professionals and anyone else involved in GPO relationships or contract management.

See customers and partners at the GPO & IDN Reverse Expo and the Distributor Reverse Expo, schedule strategic business meetings, and hear from industry thought leaders. Executives from more than 35 GPOs and IDNs participated in the 2018 event.

Education

Strategic Accounts ShareGroup – ShareGroups provide a peer-to-peer learning opportunity and professional exchange in a small-group setting. The Strategic Accounts ShareGroup, held at the annual Streamlining event, is designed specifically for HISCI members to discuss challenges in leading a healthcare key accounts team.
