HIDA Announces MedSupplyChain Conference

Alexandria, VA, June 27, 2023 – The Health Industry Distributors Association today announced the MedSupplyChain Conference – the only supply chain conference focused exclusively on the medical products and device industry – to be held February 7-9, 2024, at The Westin in Cape Coral, Florida.

“The medical industry needs this conference,” said HIDA Senior Vice President Elizabeth Hilla. “The COVID-19 pandemic elevated the importance of supply chain, forever changing the way providers think about the availability of the products we make and deliver every day. The MedSupplyChain Conference provides an ideal venue to discuss new challenges facing healthcare, and also to collaborate with federal partners to enhance resilience.”

The MedSupplyChain Conference brings together the entire end-to-end medical supply chain: medical device and supply manufacturers, distributors, group purchasing organizations, providers, and public partners.

The event, formerly called the Supply Chain Visibility Conference, addresses issues including demand management, logistics and shipping, technology, and resilience. The program combines expert speakers, case studies, and interactive roundtables to allow participants to work together to build supply chain excellence.
