Josh Babb

In his now-former role at HIDA, Josh Babb focused on communicating with Congress and federal agencies to help them make informed decisions on behalf of the healthcare distribution supply chain. Josh developed strategic advocacy resources for members, and ran the HIDA annual Capitol Hill Fly-in where members meet with 100+ Members of Congress. He served as a speaker, facilitator and content expert on a range of legislative and regulatory policies with HIDA membership and industry-wide groups.

Prior to HIDA, Josh worked on Capitol Hill serving as a Senior Legislative Assistant for Representative Renee Ellmers (R-NC), member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee; and with Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), during the senator's tenure as Senate Minority Whip. Josh has a BBA in Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M.
