 First−Timers Reception
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The First−Timers Reception welcomes new attendees to the Executive Conference. Receive an informal introduction to HIDA’s staff and programs. Get a head start on networking and learn how to maximize the benefits of the conference.

 Welcome Reception
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
All attendees are invited to kick off the conference at the Welcome Reception. Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as you network with industry executives, colleagues, newcomers and old friends.

Wednesday │ March 7

 Networking Luncheon
Noon – 1:15 p.m.
Join industry colleagues at the Executive Conference networking luncheon. This is the perfect opportunity to take a break, meet new faces, and connect with your peers.

Thursday  |  March 8

Golf Classic--TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas
Noon – 5:00 p.m.
Spend the afternoon networking with your colleagues at the annual HIDA Educational Foundation Golf Classic. The tournament starts at 12:30 p.m. at the Pro Shop and includes 18 holes of golf, box lunches, and a friendly atmosphere open to golfers of all skill levels. The tournament features specialty drinks, food, and cigars at various holes. Club rentals are available for $85. Prizes will be awarded at the Networking Dinner following the Golf Classic.

Tournament Fee: $270 | All proceeds go to the HIDA Educational Foundation.

 Executive Networking Dinner & After Party
6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
The Executive Networking Dinner is the premier networking event of the conference. Enjoy cocktails and dinner at this evening dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. Directly following the Networking Dinner, you are invited to continue socializing at the After Party beginning at 8:30 p.m.
