Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a deposit of one night plus tax room or suite deposit by a major credit card or check drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to the HIDA Hotel Reservation Office. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable for deposits. Your card will be charged immediately. Credit card charges may not be charged to another card number after the initial charge has been processed. No reservation can be processed without a deposit. Deposit will appear on the hotel room account at check-in. For secure transmission of credit card information, please send by fax, reserve online, or call the Housing Office directly.
The deadline to make reservations is Wednesday, August 29, 2018. After this date the HIDA Housing Office will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability. All cancellations, date, or name changes must be received by August 29, 2018. Deposits may be non-refundable after this date. Although all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival, arrival dates are firm. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of room for the remainder of the stay.
After the room block cutoff date, rooms will be booked on a space-available basis only and room rates are subject to change. Deposits may be non-refundable after cutoff date. Pricing does not include 14% tax which is subject to change.
