HIDA Names Chris Kerski 2018 Chairman Of Board Of Directors

Alexandria, VA – Chris Kerski, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Laboratory Products, Cardinal Health, was recently installed as 2018 Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). He began his one-year term January 1, 2018.

Kerski’s leadership was announced by 2017 Chairman Mike Orscheln. “As HIDA Chairman, Chris will bring his determination that he lives every day and instills in his team: put the customer first, be inclusive, and execute to win,” said Orscheln.

Kerski accepted the role by highlighting how vital collaboration is to healthcare. “Leadership in the industry comes from the partnership between manufacturers, distributors, and our customers,” he said. “From being present every day, to delivering reliable and consistent support to our partners, we are the glue that holds the supply chain together.”

“We are very pleased to have someone of Chris’s stature and experience lead HIDA’s Board,” said HIDA President & CEO Matthew J. Rowan. “His nearly 30 years of distribution expertise will help HIDA advance the value of distribution.”
