Linda Rouse O'Neill, HIDA Vice President, Government Affairs—Prior to joining HIDA, Ms. Rouse O'Neill spent six years as Director of Federal Affairs at Premier, Inc. where she was instrumental in lobbying for the organization’s issues in front of Congress, such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, Health IT/EHR, and unique device identification (UDI). She also worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to Senator Craig Thomas (R-WY), providing healthcare advice and analysis to the Senate Finance Committee.
