Registration & Cancellation Policy

If you prefer to register via fax, mail, or phone, download the registration form here.

Space may be limited. Registration is first−come, first−served. Registration forms sent without payment will not be processed. Participants must cancel in writing via mail, fax, or e−mail in order to request a refund, less a $35 processing fee. A full refund minus the processing fee will be available prior to February 5, 2012, and a 50% refund will be available between February 6 and February 20, 2012. While no refunds will be available after February 21, 2012, a company may substitute a registrant at any time without penalty.

Conference badges are required for attendance at all events. Any photos or video taken at this event are the property of HIDA and can be published without permission in HIDA materials.

Spouses
This fee is for registration of non−industry spouses and includes attendance at continental breakfasts Wednesday through Friday, lunch on Wednesday and reception/party and clubroom activities Tuesday through Thursday.

Networking & Leisure Activities
Conference attendees are invited to enjoy lunch and informal idea exchange at one of three peer−to−peer networking events on Thursday afternoon.

Pre−Conference Leadership Workshop
This pre−conference workshop is sponsored by the members and Friends of Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH). PWH is committed to helping industry leaders enrich their professional development through content−driven, topical, and dynamic events.

Housing Information
Housing requests must be handled through the HIDA Housing Office at (800) 860−5399. To register, call today, register online or download a housing form.

Please note that the hotel cannot process direct reservation requests for this conference. The room rate is $235 per night. The deadline to receive the discounted room rate is February 8, 2012. Room requests are processed in the order in which they are received. All reservation requests require a deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax. All housing cancellations date, or name changes must be received by February 8, 2012.
