ADVANCE CSR is interactive e-learning for customer service representatives (CSRs). The training, delivered from HIDA’s online education system, allows CSRs to study as their schedule allows. The program consists of six modules developed to give customer service reps a solid foundation of knowledge, as well as practical tips for managing customer interaction. Each module takes about 15 minutes to complete.
